I’m Erick Santos, a bilingual trauma therapist offering a grounded, compassionate space for those navigating the lasting impacts of trauma and emotional overwhelm. I am here to help you reconnect with your inner resilience and move toward healing at your own pace. This is a trauma-informed space to process what has felt too heavy to carry alone. Using EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting, I help clients move gently through past wounds toward greater connection, peace, and self-trust.

I am EMDRIA certified and offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a integrative, trauma-informed approach that focuses on nervous system regulation and relational healing while providing a sense of containment.

Relationship Therapy
I work with couples and friends through a trauma and attachment lens. I help those in relationships strengthen their communication, deepen connection, and navigate challenges together. Our relationships often carry the weight of past wounds or unspoken fears, and therapy can provide a space to heal those patterns, repair trust, and create new ways of relating.

Family Therapy
I work with families, including blended families, or caregivers and their adult children, as well as sibling relationships. Through a family systems and an trauma-informed lens, and using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help families improve communication, strengthen attachment, overcome differences and create more secure, resilient ways of relating.
